- Curved stairlift: from $12,900, because the rail is custom-made for your stairs. Complex staircases cost more.

What changes the price of a stairlift
- Staircase shape. A turn, a landing or a spiral means a custom curved rail. See curved stairlifts and straight stairlifts.
- Rail length. Longer staircases need more rail, and a very long run is quoted individually.
- Options. A power swivel seat, a power folding footrest, or a folding rail where the bottom of the stairs is a doorway or hallway. Option prices are the purchase price when you order the stairlift.
- Model and capacity. Different models and heavier-duty units are priced differently.
- Indoor or outdoor. Outdoor stairlifts are built to withstand the weather.
Buying or renting
